A letter to the President

Dear Mr.President
             Mr.President,I am a fourth year student of Ilocos Sur National High School,City of VIGAN Ilocos Sur.
             Mr.President now a days our Country Philippines has a lot of problems such as hostage taking,rape,the RH bill and most especially environment problems.As a young citizen in our Country I am very much concern in our environment such as floods,erosions and most especially air pollution.Sir,what was the plans or actions should be do our environment to fight this kind of problem in our Country.What actions should you do to stop this problems foer better Philippines.
              Sir,I wish that my Letter should be response upon your 2nd SONA(State of the Nation Addres)this 2011.
